3.1 Our Services are advisory and execution support in nature. Statutory outcomes (e.g., registration approvals, refund processing, assessment orders) are ultimately determined by the relevant government department, regulator, or authority (including the GST Department, Income Tax Department, MCA, RBI, DPIIT, GEM, or other competent authorities) and are not guaranteed by Vinstreak.

3.3 Vinstreak shall not be liable for penalties, interest, late fees, loss of statutory benefit, or any other consequence arising from delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information or documents provided by the Client, or from delays attributable to government departments, portals, or third-party systems (e.g., GST portal, MCA portal, banking systems).
4.1 Scope of work, applicable fees, and payment terms for any specific engagement will be communicated separately (via quotation, engagement letter, invoice, or written confirmation, including over email or WhatsApp) and shall form part of these Terms by reference.
4.2 Fees may be charged as a one-time fee, periodic retainer, or milestone-based fee, depending on the Service.
4.3 Statutory fees, government fees, stamp duty, notary charges, and similar third-party costs are separate from our professional fees and are payable by the Client in addition, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice or engagement communication. Vinstreak reserves the right to suspend ongoing work, filings, or deliverables for non-payment of outstanding dues, after prior notice.
4.5 Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be charged additionally as per prevailing law.
5.1 We treat all financial, business, and personal information shared by Clients as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of rendering the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
5.2 We may share information with statutory authorities, regulators, or empanelled third-party software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, GST/MCA portals) strictly as necessary to perform the Services.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, templates, and reports prepared as deliverables — remains the intellectual property of Vinstreak unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables prepared specifically for them (e.g., MIS reports, project reports, registration certificates) for their own internal and statutory purposes.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinstreak's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed fifty percent of the professional fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7.2 Vinstreak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of statutory benefit.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice (email is sufficient), subject to settlement of fees due for work completed up to the date of termination. Vinstreak will, on reasonable request, hand over completed deliverables and source documents in its possession, subject to clearance of outstanding dues.
9.1 Information on the Website (including blog posts, due-date reminders, and service descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or tax advice.
