filings/registrations), bank details, invoices, purchase/sales records, payroll data, financial
statements, and other documents necessary to perform GST filing, IT returns, bookkeeping, audits,
incorporation, or registration services.
- Account credentials: login details for the customer portal (vinstreak.practive.link) and, where
shared by you for service delivery, access to accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero)
or government portals (e.g., GST, MCA).
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring
URLs, collected via cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Website.
- Communications data: records of enquiries made through our WhatsApp chatbox, contact
forms, or email correspondence.
We use collected information to:
- Deliver and manage the Services you have engaged us for (e.g., preparing and filing GST/IT returns,
bookkeeping, audits, incorporations, registrations, Virtual CFO reporting);

Cost Accountants) engaged to assist with your specific engagement, under confidentiality obligations;
- Banks or financial institutions, only where you have authorised us to liaise with them on your behalf

5.1 We store documents and data using a combination of secure cloud-based accounting/practice-management
tools and physical records at our offices in Thiruvilwamala, Guruvayoor, Thrissur, and Dubai.
5.2 We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information
against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic
transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.3 We retain client financial and engagement records for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to
comply with statutory record-retention requirements under applicable tax, company, and audit laws, after
which records are securely disposed of or anonymised.

may affect some Website functionality.
